Or...Will The Ghost of Hallinan ride again?  While Chris Hallinan is alive and well in Eugene, Oregon, his ghost has haunted several Jerseyans who have threatened to take away his NJ State 5000m Record over the years.  On May 1st at Robbinsville HS, the Mercer Twilight Invite will feature a 5000m Inviational event at the end of the meet.  The meet is being organized by Robbinsville HS coach Mike Walker ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and West Windson-Plainsboro North (uh-oh, Chris) coach Brian Gould ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).  I am unfamiliar with these programs, and not sure whether either has anybody who's any good at running...

Either way, this is the same day as The Bernards Inivte...coincidence?  Tempting fate?  Who will be the next to tangle with the Ghosts and Demons of Mine Mt. Road Dept.?  Andy Martin, Craig Forys, Doug Smith, Brandon Jarrett all took their shots and ran admirable marks.
