Penn Relays...A Quack Attack?
O no...the guys from Eugene are headed east and entered in the men's DMR and 4xmile AND 4x8. Certainly they have the staff on hand to load up those events and win big. The men's 4x8 becomes the glamour event in my book with Texas and Penn State perhaps the favorites over UVa and UO.

The Streak is Over!
Those are not my legs, but I am wearing one of those stocking as I type on my left leg. This represents some severely weak action in the world of Grotepoll.com. Yesterday was the first day in over 7 years that I didn't run. Considering the consistently bad running that has been going on for quite some time and that I have not run a race since April 23, 2006...its probably a good thing. A few thoughts on my mind here as we are turning the corner in mid-April towards the heart of the spring track season...
